Nordic Dance

Nordic Dance 2012 is a project that began in 2011 under the direction of Norway's Ungdomslag. Four talented folk dancers and two equally-talented folk musicians were chosen from each of the Nordic countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Since the spring 2011, the group has been working, together with their artistic directors Vegar Vårdal (NO) and Paula Kettu (FIN), to create a performance. In June 2012 they premiered at Nordlek in Steinkjer and have been touring the Nordic countries since then.
